Operation Bright Start

This program is sponsored by the American Foundation for Vision Awareness. The program provides eye and vision assessments to children during their first year of life. The goal is to provide for early diagnosis of vision problems that act as barriers to normal child development. Free vision assessments are available from optometrists participating in Operation Bright Start.
